Do I qualify for a joining bonus?

My Credit Card is being declined - Why?

When making a deposit via credit card and an error message appears this could be due to various reasons:

  • The bank lines are down.
  • You are using a credit card linked to a bank that does not accept gambling as a transaction.
  • Please note if you are not sure if your bank accepts gambling as a transaction, please contact your bank directly.
  • You may have the incorrect expiry date as you may have just been issued with a new card. If you are having problems you can call our Customer Service on 1300 886 503 and speak with one of our Customer Success Agents.
Are Betting Tournament Free to enter?

Yes, some of our betting tournaments are free to enter. This gives you the opportunity to have a go before you decide to play with real money.

How to Place Bonus Bets?

If you have an available bonus bet balance a Bonus Bet option will appear on the bet ticket. Simply select the Bonus Bet to place the bet using bonus funds.

Can I withdraw a Bonus Bet?

Prior to any withdrawal, both the deposit (if a deposit is required for the promotion) and any winnings accrued via Bonus Bets must be turned over at least once at odds of $1.50 or greater per $1 bet. In addition, all identification requirements must have been completed.

How do I Close My Account?
